Rack’em is a family owned and operated business with roots that trace back to 1969. Rack’em started as an afterschool part time job mowing lawns. Due to the owner’s loyalty, dedication, and an eye for detail, this part time job quickly became a Lawn & Landscaping business with several accounts. After purchasing a trailer, we found the need to organize & transport our machines & supplies neatly, safely & securely. We began to design racks for open and enclosed trailers keeping the Professional Landscaper’s ever expanding needs in mind.

After 40 years in the business, we are continuing to expand by making stronger, higher quality storage racks, Grass Catchers & Extensions.

Shipping Rates: There are two flat rate shipping charges: $1.00 up to $50.00 is $9.98 per order and over $50.00 is $19.95 per order.

Warranty Policies

Heavy Duty Club: All our steel hammered painted equipment handling racks are covered under a LIFE TIME WARRANTY for defects in material and workmanship, excluding paint finish. It is limited to repair or replacement at the sole discretion of Rack’em Mfg. If it is necessary to send a product back you must call Rack'em Mfg to get a RA number and you pay all shipping costs involved. Products that are received without a RA number will be refused. In the case the product needs to be repaired Rack’em Mfg. will send you the parts, you pay all shipping costs involved. Proof of purchase and photo(s) of damage is required. Photo(s) can be emailed to rackemmfg@aol.com, and please include your information.

One Year Warranty: The following items carry a one year warranty for defects in material and workmanship, excluding finishes. All grass catchers, EZ-Ride Sulky, leaf extensions, Fitz-All ladder racks, Lock’em Magnum wheel lock and Rack’em grass catchers and racks. It is limited to repair or replacement is at the sole discretion of Rack’em Mfg. If it is necessary to send a product back you must call Rack'em Mfg to get a RA number and you pay all freight involved. Products that are received without a RA number will be refused. In the case the product needs to be repaired Rack’em Mfg. will send you the parts, you pay all shipping costs involved. Proof of purchase and photo(s) of damage is required. Lifetime Warranty: The Double Barrel “Chain Drive” carries a lifetime warranty for defects in material and workmanship of the chrome chain assembly. If it is necessary to send a product back you must call Rack'em Mfg to get a RA number and you pay all shipping costs involved. Products that are received without a RA number will be refused. In the case the product needs to be repaired Rack’em Mfg. will send you the parts, you pay all shipping costs involved. Proof of purchase and photo(s) of damage is required. Return Policy:You must call and get a Return Authorization number before returning any product. Products that are received without a RA number will be refused. All shipping costs for returned goods must be prepaid.

Restocking Policy: You must call and get a Return Authorization number before returning any product. Products that are received without a RA number will be refused. There is a 15% restocking fee. All returned products must be in new condition, in the original undamaged carton with directions. All shipping costs for returned goods must be prepaid. A refund will be issued to your payment method.
