When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us.

For added security, we also encrypt the credit card number when it is stored on disk, and when we forward it to the merchant.

SHIPPING RATES

There is a flat shipping rate in the continental US of $19.95 per order. In Alaska, Hawaii & Canada you pay actual shipping rate per order.

Exceptions: No Internet orders will be accepted from the following states: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island & Vermont. In these states you must purchase from an authorized Rack'em Dealer. Please use the dealer locator to find a dealer near you
